The Young and the Restless spoilers for January 27-31 focus on wrapping up the Jordan situation and bringing Ian down for good. Next week, Genoa City will experience a storm of emotions: anger, hate, shock, despair, worry, and fear. Those are just a few.
Next Week on The Young and the Restless
Claire (Hayley Erin), Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) spearheaded the end of Crazy Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk). To be fair, Claire was the captain of the battleship that sank one of the Newman family’s biggest nemeses. And you know Victor (Eric Braeden). He didn’t appreciate being out of the loop of the plan against Jordan. You bet he’s the one to take care of her equally insane partner in crime. On Wednesday, Victor vows to stop Ian Ward (Ray Wise) at all costs, leading to a shocking turn of events.
At the end of next week, Kyle (Michael Mealor) pushes Claire to come clean. Does she fess up to how far she had to go to ruin her aunt? More importantly, how much does Claire change from the experience? She had to go zero dark thirty in order to trap Jordan. Will it be hard to return to the kinder, gentler Claire? Do we need to get used to a brand-new version?

The One Spiraling
Claire probably thinks she has everything handled. Mariah (Camryn Grimes), on the other hand, knows she’s spiraling, and she can’t figure out how to stop. The scars from Ian raising her are deep, and his return triggered her big time. But she can’t process things just yet. Mariah has to worry about Tessa’s (Cait Fairbanks) safety. In Y&R’s video teaser for next week, it seems like Mariah’s wife has disappeared. Aria (Millie Ingle), too.
Ian claims he returned to Genoa City to make amends with Mariah. Nope, it was to control her all over again. And he’ll do anything to get her under his thumb. What happens when Thursday rolls around, and Mariah’s world is rocked?

Daniel (Michael Graziadei) learns the truth about Heather’s (ex-Vail Bloom) death. How does he react to learning that Ian killed Heather to get Sharon (Sharon Case) out of the way of Mariah’s path? Will this give him closure, or will it cause another, stronger wave of grief? He must wonder why his wounds regarding Heather keep getting reopened. Meanwhile, when will Lucy (Lily Brooks O’Briant) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) learn about the news? Because we’re dying to know how Phyllis will respond.
Finally, when Sally (Courtney Hope) works her magic to impress Billy (Jason Thompson), what does she do now? She has already decorated his new house beautifully and added nostalgic touches he really appreciates. Why is she working so hard to impress him?
