The Young and the Restless spoilers preview an intriguing week in Genoa City. The week of October 28 – November 1 will have Amy’s grand return, while Nikki expresses concern about Jack. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s ahead.

Next On…

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) visits the Abbott mansion to check on Jack (Peter Bergman). The Jabot CEO has been struggling because of his estrangement from his son Kyle (Michael Mealor). Things have worsened now that Jack’s marriage to Diane (Susan Walters) appears to be over. Nikki, being the supportive friend she is, worries that Jack’s recent problems could have him falling off the wagon. “I’ve lost my wife and my son; I’m not going to lose my sobriety,” Jack proclaims. “You and I both know it’s easier said than done,” Nikki replies. Does Nikki have a right to be concerned about Jack? Or is she a pawn in the couple’s plan to take down Victor (Eric Braeden)?

Across town, Nate (Sean Dominic) opens his door to find Amy (Valarie Pettiford) outside his apartment. “Thank you for seeing me again. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in Genoa City,” Amy replies. Recently, she’s been texting Nate, saying they have something important to discuss. Since Amy is a former girlfriend of Nate’s father, Nathan (Nathan Purdee), chances are she reveals that Nate has a long-lost sibling. If this is true, one must wonder if it’s a current or former character on the canvas.

Elsewhere, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Daniel (Michael Graziadei) are in the GCAC lobby when Chance (Conner Floyd) shows up. Despite Daniel’s innocence, Chance’s investigation keeps turning up evidence of his role in Heather’s (Vail Bloom) murder. With Chance about to arrest Daniel, Phyllis loses it. “Oh, my God, you are railroading him into prison!” Phyllis yells. “Can you stop talking for one second?” Chance asks. “No, no!” Phyllis shouts. Christine (Lauralee Bell) then enters, saying, “Hey! Stop, hold on a minute. I’m here to represent Daniel.” Phyllis isn’t thrilled to see her rival, but if she wants to save Daniel, she must be nice to Christine.
