The Young and the Restless kicks off March with lots of suspense. Spoilers for this week’s video previews that Sharon and Noah worry about Nick, while Victor ups his game plan to regain Newman. Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect for March 2-6.
Key Takeaways
- Nick’s sudden absence sparks concern.
- Cane presents Phyllis with another offer in exchange for Newman.
- Victor’s kidnapping scheme takes an unexpected turn.
Next On…
Noah (Lucas Adams) arrives at Crimson Lights to discuss his concerns about Nick (Joshua Morrow) with Sharon (Sharon Case). Noah says he’s been trying to get a hold of Nick but hasn’t heard from him. When he asks his mother if she’s heard from Nick, she replies she hasn’t and she’s worried.
After receiving news of Matt’s (Roger Howarth) release, Sharon and Noah are nervous he might have gotten to Nick. Matt was texting Nick demanding money in exchange for leaving his family alone. Nick seemed to have a plan to lure Matt out in the open, and might have went alone to protect Sharon and Noah.
Could Matt have gotten a hold of Nick and put him in danger? Or could Nick’s sudden disappearance be related to his increasing addiction to pain pills?
An Offer She Can’t Refuse?
Cane (Billy Flynn) is desperate to save Lily (Christel Khalil) and the twins. To do so, he needs Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to give up control of Newman Enterprises. But Phyllis remains steadfast in her decision that she’s staying in charge.
Although Cane’s first pitch didn’t work, he’s not giving up. This week, he meets with Phyllis to discuss another proposition.
A reluctant Phyllis gives him a chance and asks what he’s going to do to sway her. Cane replies that he thinks he has something she wants so bad that she won’t be able to refuse.
Perhaps Cane’s offer could be something business-related. Or maybe his offer is to help repair Phyllis’ strained relationship with her kids Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Summer (Allison Lanier)?
More Kidnappings
Victor (Eric Braeden) has resorted to kidnapping in an attempt to regain Newman. First, he kidnapped Lily and the twins to get Cane to give back the company. Now, Victor’s focus is on reacquiring Chancellor from Billy (Jason Thompson).
A stubborn Billy’s already declared nothing will make him give up Chancellor. But Victor’s next move might have Billy reconsidering his decision.
When Jack (Peter Bergman) goes missing, Billy goes to the Abbott mansion to tell Diane (Susan Walters) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) what happened. Billy says that Victor kidnapped Jack and if he doesn’t get Chancellor back then they’ll never see Jack again.
This will upset Diane and Kyle, who’ll want to comply with Victor’s demands. Yet, Billy might not be so eager to make the trade.
Billy will have to decide what’s more important, Chancellor or his family? No matter what he decides, he’s going to end up losing something precious to him.
