The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, April 30, are a game of Twenty Questions between Victor and Jordan. He wants to know where Claire is. Jordan doesn’t want to tell him. So Victor yells louder. Hey, it always works with everyone else in his life.
No matter how many times Summer (Allison Lanier) and others suggest that Claire (Hayley Erin) may be in cahoots with Jordan (Colleen Zenk), Victor (Eric Braeden) has made up his mind: He decreed that Claire is innocent. Thus, Claire must be innocent.
Victor needs Jordan to tell him where he granddaughter is, so he can confirm it. He’s got her locked up and never intends to let her go, so she should be dying to tell him whatever he asks. However, from where Jordan is standing, he’s got her locked up and never intends to let her go. So why should she do anything he asks? You see how they’re at cross-purposes here?
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is convinced that Claire is innocent, too. She also wants to prove her daughter’s lack of role in Harrison’s (Redding Munsell) kidnapping.
But the problem with asking too many questions is that, sometimes, you get answers you weren’t prepared for – and didn’t want. Is that what Victoria’s upcoming shock is about? Or will she finally figure out that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) has been pulling the wool over all of their eyes when it comes to her drinking?
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) has a whole room of women in full make-up sitting on mattresses in her head. They claim they’re there to protect her. But they’re only allowed out one a time. Which is why it’s always a surprise which Ashley you’re going to run into. But surprises work both ways. Ashley is about to get one, too.
