The Young and the Restless spoilers update for March 22 – 26, 2021 reveal a couple starting fresh, someone is in declining health, and another lets their guard down… possibly too soon.
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) start a new chapter in their lives, and we have a good guess this involves Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) surrogacy plan. Could the women be moving into the Chancellor Mansion so Abby can keep a watchful eye over them?
Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) mysterious illness isn’t getting any better, in fact, he seems to be doing worse than ever. Next week, Rey will find himself at the mercy of Elena (Brytni Sarpy) and Nate (Sean Dominic). Will they be able to set aside their past and step up to help a friend in need? Rey will need serious medical intervention to pull through.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) may be getting too comfortable with her current situation and believing she has the wool pulled over everyone’s eyes. She continues to feign continued injury but begins to let her guard down. Will she be caught in the act by her doctors, or worse yet…by Adam (Mark Grossman)?

Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) made a few friends and one too many enemies with his trip to Genoa City. He made a play for Victoria (Amelia Heinle), handed his company off to Adam (Mark Grossman) and Victor (Eric Braeden), and caught his wife in quite a heated moment with Kyle (Michael Mealor).
Victoria confessed she still loves Billy (Jason Thompson). Much to her dismay, he claimed to be in love with Lily (Christel Khalil) now. Even Lily didn’t quite believe him. She insisted they take some time and space while Billy sorts himself out.
Rey’s (Jordi Vilasuso) condition went from bad to worse. What started out like food poisoning quickly turned into a medical emergency when he collapsed (twice) and became delirious.
