A Mutual Agreement
It’s with a heavy heart Vicky agrees to send her eldest child away. Deep down she knows it’s what’s best for everyone involved.
There are to many rumors, too much paparazzi, and too much press for Reed to ever live peacefully in Genoa City.
Through tears, Vicky tells Reed to apply for a spot. She gives him her blessing under one condition – moving away doesn’t mean pulling back. He has to call her every night and maintain their relationship while he’s at school.
