The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Phyllis’ loyalty put to the test. She has to pick sides between her boyfriend and the Abbott clan.

Kyle Gains An Unexpected Ally
Kyle’s (Michael Mealor) plan to take Jabot public is turning heads and catching some serious traction.

Not only is he getting supporters, but he has Lauren’s (Tracey E. Bregman) vote in his pocket! She’s one of Jack’s (Peter Bergman) oldest and dearest friend, but when it comes down to it, she likes what Kyle’s selling!

If the new CEO puts Jabot on the stock market, Lauren’s bank account could wildly increase. Those dollars will add up fast and within weeks she’d be able to get Fenmore’s back. She’d be the sole owner once again and she loves those odds.

There’s one thing standing in her and Kyle’s way – Phyllis!

She’s still a member of the board and they’ll need her confidence to get the majority vote. However, getting her to say aye isn’t easy.

Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is dating an Abbott and has carried that last name more than once. Her ties to Jack are holding strong and there’s no way she’ll go against him.

She can see right through Kyle’s plan. He’s only doing this to get back at Jack and help Victor gain access to the family fortune. If Jabot becomes part of Newman, the Abbotts will never get it back!

Lauren Lays Down the Law
To get what she wants, Lauren will have to throw a curve ball and hope it works. She lays it all on the line and forces her employee’s hand. Lauren commands Phyllis vote her way or she’ll be out of a job–and a best friend!
