The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Monday, November 27 picks up with a post-Thanksgiving hangover, as Cane takes stock of his life — and doesn’t like what he sees, Billy and Phyllis’ New Orleans getaway hits a snag, and Hilary announces that things are about to get interesting…
Pop Goes the Addict!
It was exactly a year ago that Cane (Daniel Goddard) was dealing with an injury to his leg while juggling work and family.
His multiple scenes of reaching for pain pills led viewers to speculate that he might be on his way to a full-scale addiction (and that Nikki would step in to offer him some support).
That didn’t happen, and Cane ended up crashing his life by sleeping with Juliet (Laur Allen) while on a business trip to Japan, lying about it, getting hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit, getting fired from Brash & Sassy, finding out Juliet was pregnant and getting tossed out on his ear by Lily (Christel Khalil).
This, of course, didn’t exactly endear him to his suddenly teenaged kids, Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson).
Cane thought his life couldn’t get any worse when the twins almost died in a fire and Lily sued for divorce. But then Juliet died, leaving Cane the single dad of a baby boy still stuck in NICU.

Is it any wonder those pills are suddenly starting to look pretty darn good to Cane again? Will we finally be seeing the story everyone expected last Thanksgiving?

Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis’s (Gina Tognoni) last minute adventure to celebrate the holiday in New Orleans — with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) along for the ride — hits a snag. As do Jack’s (Peter Bergman) plans for the day.
And Hilary (Mishael Morgan) announces that life is about to get very interesting. Which means something very bad is about to happen to a prominent citizen of Genoa City….
