The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Jack Leaves His Abbott Life Behind

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal things getting worse for Jack before they ever get better. A series of unfortunate events and devastating encounters leads to him packing his backs and giving up his life as an Abbott!

Paternity Disaster
Life as he knew it was over for Jack (Peter Bergman) the night of Dina’s (Marla Adams) movie premiere. He lost his identity, his family, and most importantly, his father. Poor Jack’s world fell out from underneath him and there was no going back.

Office Fireworks
To make matters worse, Jack also lost his position with Jabot. The blood-Abbott clause he created himself came back to bite him when the DNA confirmed he wasn’t John’s son.

He spent his whole adult life protecting his dad’s legacy and when he lost that it was nearly too much.

Dina’s Decline
Unfortunately, this isn’t the end of Jack’s woes. Soon, he’s going to go through quite a serious shock when Dina’s mental state declines so badly she has no idea who he is.

While he’s used to her referring to him as John, this time she doesn’t even give him a name. In fact, she only sees him as the hired help!

The Final Straw
It’s all become too much for Jack. He’s pining away for his old life and realizes it’s time to move on!

Jack decides to go it alone and not only form a new cosmetics company but also find a new place to live! He’s cutting all ties to his past and setting his own Abbott-free course for the future.

What Comes Next?
While some may see this as a show of strength, others will ask if he’s simply running away from his pain. Either way, keep an eye on the former Jabot CEO because he has some interesting things coming up that will have you on the edge of your seats.
