The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Hilary shocking Devon by telling him the truth… and in return, he stuns her right back!
A Heartbreaking Confession
When she sees Devon (Bryton James) show up at the doctor’s office Hilary (Mishael Morgan) goes into meltdown mode. It’s through tears that she breaks down and spills the devastating news of her chemical pregnancy and admits her soul-crushing loss.
She makes it clear she never meant to lie but the timing was never right to tell him the truth. Hilary didn’t want to share such a personal issue in front of Simone (Shanica Knowles) and when she worked up the courage to tell her fans she walked into an office full of baby gear.
She’s suffered in silence this entire time only sharing her sorrow with one other person.
A Devastated Dad
Devon’s furious at first but his anger quickly disappears when he sees how upset Hilary really is.

He can tell she’s clearly not putting on an act this time. They were both desperate for the baby and his heart breaks when he feels the gravity of the situation.
Third Time’s The Charm
Thankfully, there’s a bright light at the end of this tunnel. Devon passes no judgement on Hilary trying to use his sample and actually offers it up once again! He urges Hilary to keep the appointment so they can both live out their dream.
A Baby Makes Three?
This could certainly be a turning point for the on-again/off-again couple. If Devon didn’t give a second thought to trying for another baby with Hilary, he could begin to rethink their whole relationship.
