The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Cane’s about to live every father’s worst nightmare when he catches his little girl on the couch with his worst enemy’s son!
Mattie’s All Grown Up
Cane’s (Daniel Goddard) had it rough lately.
He’s been caught in all his lies, destroyed his family, lost his career, and can’t get another job. The only thing he has left is his children, but even they seem to not need him a whole lot anymore.
With the twins becoming teens, it’s not unthinkable they’ll begin dating. But, nothing could prepare Cane for his daughter’s first crush. It’s not just that she’s noticing boys, it’s that she has her eye on the wrong one!
Good Boy, Bad Family
Dating the son of the woman who fired your dad (and soon your mom) is never a good idea. Cane’s upper-class life is suffering since his termination and Juliet’s (Laur Allen) suit put Victoria (Amelia Heinle) in such a dire financial situation she may never recover.
With bad blood like that, there’s no way the families will ever get along again.
Mattie Stuns Her Daddy
Nevertheless, the kids like each other, maybe even a little too much. Cane’s in for an eyeful when he comes home to find Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and Mattie (Lexi Stevenson) locking lips on the couch. However, it’s what he does next that’s the bigger shocker in this story.
Instead of flipping his lid, Cane is too stunned and angry to do anything about it. He stands there like a deer caught in the headlights, not even making a sound. He simply watches, mouth agape, trying to wrap his brain around his daughter making out with the enemy!
