The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Mariah is facing the unthinkable. A deranged fan is after her and the situation is getting more dangerous by the minute!
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is in a panic after the warning shot (err.. brick) at Crimson Lights. The sneak attack has her shaken, but she will feel the full weight of the situation after spilling all to Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey. It seems things are worse than she thought.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) points out the obvious – the attack happened when and where it did because the person knew exactly where she was.
They followed the TV star straight to Crimson Lights and were probably following her all day just waiting for the right moment to make their presence known.
The bigger question is — who would do such a thing? Mariah isn’t exactly public enemy number one. Oh sure, she has rubbed some people the wrong way on her show, but nothing that would merit threats (or worse). They must find them before it’s too late.
The police are already on the case but Rey presses Mariah to start her own search. Go through her emails, all her social media, and check every missed call.
Maybe even scope out more of Tessa’s (Cait Fairbanks) past. She has a history of making very bad people angry. Keep your eyes peeled, Rey says, and mark off anything even remotely suspicious.
Could the lunatic be someone closer to home, though? Should Mariah be looking in her own backyard? No one in Genoa City is innocent of shocking crimes. Revenge, brutal attacks, threats, and sometimes even murder are played out in this town all the time. Mariah should be wary of every single person around her.
