The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What Will Victor Do?

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, August 3, 2020 kick off a new month with a new week of YR reruns, this time featuring the show’s most shocking moments. First up, Paul is shocked to find out what his wife did behind his back (by exposing his front), while no one is shocked that Victor can’t decide between Nikki and Ashley. Again. Lauren (Tracey Bregman) is madly in love with her husband, Paul (Doug Davidson). That’s nice. Lauren wants all women everywhere to envy her. A little less nice, but, hey, no harm in it. Lauren decides to accomplish this by taking a secret photo of her husband in the buff and sending it into a nudie magazine who decides to publish it as their centerfold. That’s… a bit more problematic.

We’re not even going to discuss how Lauren managed to take a clandestine picture of her husband lounging all come hither like and looking right at the camera without him noticing. Instead, we’re going to focus on what will happen when Paul finds out – despite Lauren’s attempt to keep him in the dark.

Eternal Triangle

Victor (Eric Braeden) has been bouncing back and forth between Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) for over a decade up to this point. Nikki faked a terminal illness, Ashley aborted Victor’s child, Victor swore eternal love to both women, then changed his mind. There is nothing left here to surprise viewers. And it certainly shouldn’t surprise Victor, Nikki, or Ashley.

And yet, they keep acting as if this has never happened before, as it will never happen again, and as it will ever be settled, one way or the other. And this is even before Ashley sperm-naps Victor’s deposit and conceives little Abby. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
