The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What Is Adam REALLY Up To?

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Adam may not remember his old life (or so he says), but he sure does remember how to keep secrets. The former scheme king has a bag full of ghosts just waiting to come out and play.

Adam’s (Mark Grossman) shocking and confusing return has every single Newman up in arms. Victor (Eric Braeden) wants to make up for a lifetime of pain by giving Adam what he didn’t before.

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) wants to keep up walls while supporting his homecoming. Meanwhile, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) smell a scheme a mile away — and, they may be right.

Adam is treated to a tense visit with Nick before settling into his brother’s old haunt on the Ranch. His new digs are Nick’s infamous Tack House and it’s just as cozy as ever.

It is the perfect place for Adam to unwind, relax, and hide a motherlode of secrets. Did you really expect anything else?

Spoilers reveal Adam will set off to work covering his tracks the second he is alone. He stashes a duffel bag stuffed with cash, then sends a mysterious text telling his partner he’s in Genoa City and everything is going smoothly. What does this mean?

Everyone who comes into contact with Adam better stay on high alert. He’s up to something and he is not in it alone.

Who is on the other end of that text? Is it Riza from Vegas or is it someone everyone knows? Could it be he has a partner in all this? It wouldn’t be the first time Adam worked with a cohort or two to take down his daddy.

Perhaps it’s Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and when she left town, it was to be with Adam after all. Remember, both are master cons.

So, what’s the deal? Is Adam faking amnesia to avoid prison as Nick believes or is there something much more sinister going on?

Could it be this guy is the master of all manipulators and pulling off the biggest scam of all time? Or, is this all very innocent and Adam has a bag of money to protect himself if this all goes downhill?
