The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, March 20, 2020, reveal something shady is underway with the Newman family. Is Adam onto something? Is Victor a murderer? It’s hard to tell who is wrong and who is right since these schemers are well known for digging where there’s no dirt and planting evidence.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Adam (Mark Grossman) is on a mission to take down his daddy no matter what the cost. He doesn’t even care if his shakedown plot hurts his childhood best friend. He’s already called up Alyssa (Maria Didomenico) and lied his face off to get her to Genoa City.

A Good Ole Switcheroo

She thinks she’s coming to break a massive story. Instead, what she gets is a scandalous story of her dad murdering Cliff. Her dad was a lot of things, but a killer was not one of them.

As if that’s not bad enough, Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) in on the game and hits her up when she goes to Society for a drink. She has Alyssa eating out of her hand before the cocktails even arrive. Yes, Adam thinks AJ was a killer but he also thinks his dad is too. In fact, they both think Victor murdered AJ. The timing just seems right, right?

Fact or Fiction?

They know Alyssa will start digging and Adam knows how to spin a story out of nothing.

Victor’s Ready

Unfortunately, for him (and fortunately for Victor), The Mustache is onto Adam already. This could be a war and the powerhouse begins to prepare. He pulls out his old files (from a cabinet in the hallway, because keeping incriminating evidence where anyone can find it totally sounds like Victor) and combs through them.
