We watched quite a few impactful moments on The Young and the Restless, along with some milestones that we won’t soon forget!
Traci’s heartbreak-fueled suicide attempt was thwarted when Christine – then known as “Cricket” – managed to intervene at the last possible second. The drama continued when Victor made a move to reconnect with a former flame, and wound up spending some time with Adam in the process.
A younger face also took center stage when Cassie became everyone’s focus, delivering a heartfelt plea that ultimately saw Sharon being awarded custody of the girl. We’ve been through highs and lows, and next week will continue that trend. Here are the spoilers!
It’s a look back at a love story for the ages as Paul and Christine steal the spotlight, showcasing their proposal, their first attempt at a wedding, and their eventual marriage.
Still, every light must cast some shadow, and the darker sides are on full display, too, including the disaster that nearly drove them apart. There are also villains waiting in the wings, with Isabella, in particular, being intent on revenge.

Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades’ worth of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations to Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) heroism, to the adorable love story of Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle), Y&R knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting, and soap operas are shrinking.
Y&R is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). Y&R airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
