The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, November 18, 2020, reveal a plethora of bad decisions, as Victoria decides now would be a good time to push Adam too far, Nick thinks blaming Phyllis for his daughter’s bad judgment makes sense for anyone, and Amanda carefully navigates her newfound friendship with Devon.
OK, so Victoria (Amelia Heinle) doesn’t know how close Adam (Mark Grossman) came to pushing the button that would have literally blown up Victor (Eric Braeden) and anyone standing in his vicinity. But she does know that he’s had meltdown after meltdown. And that he killed somebody when he was only eleven years old.
So does she really think that deliberately provoking him would be good for either professional – or personal – reasons? Stop poking the bear, Vik. He’s out for blood. And he’s got very little left to lose.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) is furious that Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) didn’t tell him she found a hung-over Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind). When was she supposed to tell him? While he was yelling at her about Victoria? She actually tried to. Right then and there. But he’s the one who cut her off.
So when Phyllis asks him if he thinks she’s terrible at everything, Nick is forced to go, yeah, kind of. And then the accusations really get out of hand. Phyllis even invokes Billy (Jason Thompson). But, luckily, it doesn’t last too long.
Ever since Devon (Bryton James) dumped Elena (Brytni Sarpy) for cheating on him, he’s been using Amanda (Mishael Morgan) as a security blanket. She’s trying not to get too close, so she doesn’t get hurt. Silly Amanda, doesn’t she realize Devon’s feelings are the only ones that matter here?
