The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, December 26 continue in the Christmas spirit (because the holiday hasn’t happened yet in Genoa City thanks to some real-life drama in Washington DC).
Amanda introduces herself to Victoria, Adam comes up with alternative holiday plans — and so does Phyllis. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode.
Amanda (Mishael Morgan) introduces herself to Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Billy (Jason Thompson) admits he and Amanda have run into each other before. Victoria doesn’t find anything odd about it.
Should she? Is she supposed to freak out every time her husband has a conversation with a woman? You know, they’re allowed into the corporate world now. Billy might meet several of them. And it wouldn’t mean anything nefarious is up.
However, when Billy begs out of their skiing vacation at the last minute…. maybe now Victoria has something to worry about.
So far, however, we’ve only been treated to Billy’s endless self-pitying inner-monologues. We don’t know what exactly Victoria is thinking or feeling about her increasingly distant man.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) agreed to bring Connor (Judah Mackey) and spend Christmas with Nick (Jeff Morrow) and Christian — as long as Adam (Mark Grossman) is invited, too. Nick reluctantly agreed.

Sure, it’s a little last minute, but he’s hardly being unreasonable. Adam, of course, wants Chelsea to join them. Which Newman brother will she choose? And how will the other react?
Nick’s family part was also supposed to include Summer (Hunter King) and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). But once Phyllis learns Adam is invited, she throws a major, Phyllis-sized tantrum.
And then drops a bombshell on Nick neither brother might be able to come back from. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
