The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, January 13, 2020, reveal a day of suspicions, confessions, and downright depression in Genoa City.
Victoria finally demands some answers from Billy, Chelsea and Adam make another stab at togetherness, and Sharon stares into the void.
Billy (Jason Thompson) has spent weeks in an internal dialogue where every time somebody says something, he thinks about how they don’t understand the complex and amazing individual that is him.
All Billy wants is to be accepted completely for who he is. Any negative qualities he has should be embraced — nay, celebrated! Self-improvement is for the birds, Billy deserves to be loved unconditionally.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has been trying to understand her kinda-husband and give him what he needs, but Billy prefers to pout instead of participating. Finally, she’s had enough.
She goes through Billy’s clothing and finds some receipts from the dive bar that her suspicions that something is wrong with him are right. What the hell is going on, Billy?
While Billy makes up problems, Sharon (Sharon Case) is facing a real one. Her mammogram was inconclusive, her sonogram showed a solid mass, and now she needs a biopsy to determine whether or not she has breast cancer.
And, yes, she isn’t talking to herself, convinced that no one has ever suffered like she’s suffering. Sharon bravely faces her fate — but will it be good news or bad?

Now that they’ve had sex, and it has somehow cured all of Connor’s (Judah Mackey) psychological issues, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Mark Grossman) are ready to go forth into the world and show what an amazing pairing they are.
Where is Connor anyway? And his new cat? While Adam and Chelsea reconnected, he seemed to go conveniently missing.
Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) is against them. Nick (Joshua Morrow) is against them. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is against them, and Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) isn’t a fan of either.
But so what? Now that they’re united, they can face anything. Except, now that they’re united, what’s left for them to face? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
