The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, February 4, 2020, reveal Victor putting Billy Boy on notice, Sharon discovering an unexpected ally, and Devon attempting to close the book on his recent past.

Because everything that happens in Genoa City is Victor’s (Eric Braeden) business, especially as it pertains to his children, Victor feels not only justified in having secret photographs taken of Billy (Jason Thompson), but also in reading him the riot act.

Now, no one is arguing that Billy has been acting like an uber-self-centered jerk lately, but, well, Victor, it takes one to know one, doesn’t it?

Victor isn’t happy about how Billy has been treating Victoria (Amelia Heinle). And where could Victoria possibly have learned to act like a doormat, huh, Dad?

But Victor doesn’t care. He wants Billy to know how Victor feels about Billy’s treatment of Victoria. Is there a more important opinion than that? And what exactly does Victor know about Amanda (Mishael Morgan)?

Help In Unexpected Places

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) seemed truly upset to hear that Sharon (Sharon Case) is going through a health crisis. Will she reach out to her former rival? And, more shockingly, will Sharon take Phyllis into her confidence?

This could be a very odd friendship, indeed. But maybe exactly what Sharon needs as she prepares for her toughest battle yet. Not sweetness and light but… whatever it is Phyllis has. After all, they bonded so much after the covering up JT’s not-really-a-murder for so long together.

Anyone else tired of how many times Devon (Bryton James) has told Elena (Brytni Sarpy) and/or Nate (Sean Dominic) that he is totes not going to obsess over Amanda anymore, then promptly running over to obsess over Amanda?

Well, this time he really means it. Devon is going to put Amanda, Cane (Daniel Goddard), Colin (Tristan Rogers), and Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will into his past. Let’s see how long it lasts.
