The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, April 21, 2020, reveal a day of revelations and celebrations in Genoa City.
We find Victor doing what Victor does best – damage control to make sure things work out exactly the way he wants them to. Meanwhile, Kevin and Chloe feel the full weight of family love… and meddling.
Victor (Eric Braeden) told Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) why he allowed Adam (Mark Grossman) to blackmail him into removing Victoria (Amelia Heinle) as CEO of Newman Enterprises and installing Adam, instead.
But he did it during a commercial break, so fans didn’t get to hear him. Oh, that sneaky Victor. Now with Nikki in his corner, Victor sets out to make sure everyone else sees the world his way.
He’s got to make his wife, his kids, his grandchildren, and his stockholders happy. Do you doubt he can do it? He’s Victor Newman, you got that!
The question is, will his wife, kids, grandchildren, and stockholders get with the program, or want to do things their own way? Victoria is already chatting up Alyssa. Time for Victor to remind everyone who is really in charge. You got that? Again!
It’s Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) baby shower! And you know Esther (Kate Linder) planned something amazing — which Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) changed to make it more Chloe’s taste.
Lauren (Tracey Bregman) will likely be there with Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc), maybe even Jill (Jess Walton).
Will Chloe and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) listen to their loved one’s parenting advice, or will they go their own way? Nobody there is exactly the epitome of perfect mother or fatherhood. On the other hand, they’re better than some. Chloe and Kevin could do worse than going to their families for advice.
Let’s just hope this baby is born the normal way. And we mean in a hospital. Not soap-opera normal — like in an elevator. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
