Your The Young and the Restless spoilers weekly update for March 9-13, 2020, is here! Catch up on what you missed, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead, and find out how you can get involved in the soap opera community!
An explosion gave way to a chill on The Young and the Restless this week, and it’s fair to say that things got icy!
The storm in Genoa City seemed like it would cause some problems, but everyone escaped more or less unscathed… even Chloe, who thought she was going into labor. Things certainly heated up elsewhere, though, when Phyllis and Nick found an intimate way to pass the time.
There was also a homecoming when Ashley returned… and although she and Jack had a bonding experience, there may be some unfinished business on the horizon. Suffice it to say that the frosty atmosphere could lead to some cold-blooded moments! Here are the spoilers!

After spending the night in one another’s arms, Billy and Amanda ultimately cross one of the boundaries they had previously laid out, prompting a realization from both of them.
A similar epiphany may end up working against Adam, though, as his motives are once again brought into question. Things evolve between Nick and Phyllis, too, as their night together leads to changes in their lives.
Well, several different threads are coming together, and there’s a twist hiding in the tangle. With so much going on, it’s easy to miss occasional details… but that’s why Soap Hub is here to help. If you have any questions, thoughts, or even theories, don’t hesitate to share them with the community What did you like most about this week?

Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades’ worth of storylines has kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations to Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) heroism, to the adorable love story of Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle), Y&R knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting, and soap operas are shrinking.
Y&R is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). Y&R airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
