The Young and the Restless spoilers breakdown for Tuesday, August 7 reveal Lily does the right thing, Summer discovers the wrong thing, and Billy’s secrets are coming out!
A Family In Turmoil
Neil (Kristoff St. John) gets a surprise visitor when Ashley (Eileen Davidson) knocks on his door to show her support and do whatever it takes to help her friend through this hard time. Little did they know just how much Neil will need it.
Lily (Christel Khalil) decides to turn herself in despite pleas from her family to stay quiet.
The stress and guilt are eating away at her and she sees this as the only way to earn Devon’s (Bryton James) forgiveness. She sets up a meeting with Michael (Christian LeBlanc), who calls Paul (Doug Davidson) down to the office.
Michael warns Lily to watch her words but that goes in one ear and out the other.
Lily single-handedly makes Paul’s case when she admits to running the red light – and being the reason Hilary and the baby are dead.
Paul puts the case in Christine’s (Lauralee Bell) hands as she investigates the scene, the evidence, and calls on the other witnesses. If things don’t go well, Lily could be looking at vehicular homicide charges and a 20-year prison sentence!

Summer (Hunter King) continues her crusade to break up her mom and Billy (Jason Thompson). She sneaks into Phyllis’s (Gina Tognoni) in search of the mystery man and finds calls to Jack (Peter Bergman).
Later, a chat between Jack and Summer leads him to open up about not being over Phyllis.
They’ve never had an easy relationship but Jack still loves her and always will. This plants a seed for Summer, who not only thinks he’s the right man for her mom but that he was the one in her bed.
Trouble At The Office
Speaking of Billy, he’s in a heap of trouble at the office. Lauren (Tracey Bregman) is furious about him questioning Fenmore’s worth and simply never being around. She vents to Michael and Jack, with Ashley overhearing.
Ashley finally looks over Jabot’s books and finds a few massive discrepancies. It looks like Billy’s taking his position way too far without anyone looking over his shoulder.
Meanwhile, Lauren and Phyllis end up at The Dive Bar to discuss their next move. Lauren’s unhappiness could cost Billy dearly as she decides to look elsewhere for a business partner.
