The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, December 11, 2020, tie up the week with Lily taking a risk to help Billy, Chance facing a loyalty test, and Phyllis convinced she’s in it to win it.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Billy (Jason Thompson) disregarded the professional opinion of his attorney, Amanda (Mishael Morgan), and, instead, he and Lily (Christel Khalil) decided they’d solve the case themselves. Lily’s qualifications for the task? She’d been to prison herself and knew what it was like.

So, Billy is going to take the opinion of someone who lost her own case and went to prison over that of Amanda who has presumably won cases and kept other people from going to prison. That makes total sense.

Of course, Amanda ultimately didn’t sleep with Billy, and Lily ultimately did, so that’s important. But we’ll just go with Billy needing someone who believes in him in his corner. Yup, that’s the ticket.

Pick a Side

Billy is Chance’s (Justin Gaston) uncle. Yet Chance was the one who was shot when someone was aiming for Adam (Mark Grossman) – according to Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), that person was Billy. Will Chance put family ahead of friendship? Does it matter? Since everyone agrees that Chance wasn’t the target, his opinion is kind of irrelevant, isn’t it?

All he can testify to is, yup, I was shot all right. Even him saying he doesn’t think his uncle would ever shoot him is pointless, since he wasn’t the target. As for being Adam’s friend, Chance certainly can’t say that no one would want to shoot him. So… what’s the conflict?

Winner Takes It All

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) thinks she’s figured out a way to get Victoria (Amelia Heinle) out of her hotel’s hair. Does she know that Victoria is planning the exact same coup? If she does, then why is Phyllis so sure she’s going to win this battle? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
