The Young and the Restless Spoilers: The Blame Game: How Neil Winters Died!

The Young and the Restless spoilers promise a heartbreaking and dramatic day in Genoa City. The Winters family will learn the cause of Neil’s death and start pointing fingers in every direction.

It’s too soon for a coroner’s report, but the Winters family wants answers. Devon (Bryton James) came home to bring Neil to the party and instead he found his father dead in his bed. Neil looked like he was sleeping, but he would never wake up again.

How could this happen to a healthy, fun loving man? Well, Dr. Nate thinks he has the answers. Judging by the initial reports from the EMTs, it seems Neil died of a stroke.

Of course, neither of these are true. Yes, stress can cause a stroke but there was more to Neil than just his family drama.

He worked hard, played hard, and loved hard. He was a man who never did anything halfway. He always gave 100% to others and put himself last. That’s just the way it was. Plus, as Nate said, high blood pressure often leading to stroke is a silent killer for so many.

The one saving grace is Neil passed in his sleep. There was no struggle and no pain. He laid down to rest his eyes and peacefully drifted from this life to the next.

The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
