The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 30, 2020 go back to February of 2008 when Victoria got ready to marry JT, which prompted Victor and Nick to call a cease-fire. Also, Jack looks for ways to get rid of Gloria.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
We’re pretty sure that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and JT (Thad Luckinbill) saw their wedding day as the beginning of a wonderful life together. But viewers now know it was just the beginning of the end. Their son, Reed, wasn’t enough to keep JT and Victoria together. He married Mackenzie, took Reed, and moved to Washington, DC, where JT and Mac had two kids of their own.
A teenage Reed returned to Genoa City a few years later, followed by JT. He and Victoria reunited. Then he got violent. Then Nikki killed him. Well, she thought she killed him. She stood trial for his murder, anyway. This is the beginning of all that.
Make the Best Of It
Except Victoria and JT don’t know it yet. Neither do Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nick (Joshua Morrow). Victor and Nick aren’t JT’s biggest fans, but they’re willing to make nice with him for Victoria’s sake. They’re also willing to make nice with each other for the duration of the wedding. And maybe beyond. We’ll see how it goes.
No More Mr. Nice Guy
Jack (Peter Bergman), on the other hand, has no interest in making nice with Gloria (Judith Chapman). He wants her wiped off the face off the Earth. Or, at the very least, Genoa City. Barring that, he’d settle for getting her out of his Daddy’s company.
Jack believes he’s found something he can use against her. Gloria believes it, too. Which is why Gloria is planning to fight back. This also is the beginning of… something. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
