The Young and the Restless spoilers show the war between Abby and Phyllis reaching new heights. In fact, Nick grew so tired of his sister and his ex-wife/girlfriend constantly being at each other’s throats, that he attempted to broker a compromise. Nick would give Abby any one of his buildings (yes, he’s the kind of person who owns multiple buildings) in exchange for the hotel she is building across the street from Phyllis’s Grand Phoenix.

Nah, Abby (Melissa Ordway) replied, “Messing with Phyllis is fun!” Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) said pretty much the same thing to Nick (Joshua Morrow) – as she planted dinosaur bones on Abby’s worksite. (Yes, she’s the kind of person who just has dinosaur bones lying around for precisely such occasions.) Sure, Phyllis wants to beat Abby, but she also wants to mess with Abby. There are better ways than dinosaur bones, Phyll.
Take a Chance
Phyllis wants Abby to feel the sting of losing. Not just the hotel. That’s only step one. If Phyllis really wants Abby to suffer, shouldn’t she go after Chance (Danny Boaz)?

After all, Abby rubbed her victory in breaking into Phyllis’s bank safety deposit box by having sex with Chance in Phyllis’s shower. (Ewww….) Turnabout is fair play and all that. Why shouldn’t Phyllis have sex with Chance in Abby’s room?
Blackmail Fodder
In addition, Abby gave up her shares in the hotel after Phyllis blackmailed her and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) over Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chance’s Las Vegas secret. (They killed a guy, then covered it up.) Abby gave up the hotel she’d worked so hard on in order to protect her man.
How stupid will she feel when Phyllis has the hotel… and the man? If Phyllis wants to bring Abby to her knees – because it’s fun! – this is definitely the route to go down. Sure, Nick might not like it. But he always eventually forgives Phyllis everything, so no risk! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
