The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, September 5, 2019, reveal Billy awake, lucid, and in for a shocking reality check. Chloe and Kevin have him tucked away with the best of intentions but it could become the worst thing they ever do.
Billy’s (Jason Thompson) been slowly losing his mind over the last few months. A vision here, a hallucination there, hearing Delia’s voice. Now, he’s almost committed murder and is being hidden away where no one can find him.
Poor Billy’s in for a shock when he wakes up in the Chancellor boathouse. He has no idea where he is, he’s badly injured, and the only face around is Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson).
What the heck is going on?! Billy has questions. Lots and lots of questions. And he wonders if he’s being held captive.

Chloe will do her best to give Billy a rundown. He doesn’t remember anything about the accident and certainly doesn’t know why he has a makeshift splint.
Heck, there doesn’t remember the car, the break-in at Adam’s (Mark Grossman) condo or seeing Chloe the day before. There are a disturbing amount of gaps in his memory.
Billy’s furious at Chloe at first and then it hits him. She didn’t kidnap him or do something terrible.
