The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, September 25, 2020, reveal Sharon begging Rey’s pardon, Abby standing by her man, and Lily upholding journalistic integrity.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) has made it clear in practically every way short of sign language and skywriting that he doesn’t want Sharon (Sharon Case) squandering energy that should be going towards her health on continuing to hold Adam’s (Mark Grossman) hand through his weekly self-pity sessions.
Sharon promised to steer clear of Adam. But hasn’t quite managed to live up to her words. Sharon realizes that Rey is one of the best things that ever happened to her and that she’d be a fool to risk their relationship for Adam, of all people. How can she make Rey believe that she really means what she says, this time? An apology is always a good start…
Chance (Danny Boaz) has no control over what Adam does. Yet, what Adam does will directly affect Chance. Chance was so worried about Billy (Jason Thompson) and Alyssa exposing his and Adam’s past crimes in Las Vegas that Chance tries to give Abby (Melissa Ordway) the option of breaking up. Abby refuses and is now resolved to prop Chance up at least as well as Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is doing for Adam.
So far, it’s the men who have been front and center as Billy wants to publish an expose about Adam, and Victor (Eric Braeden) furrows his forehead over it. But now it’s time for the women to get into the act.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) thinks she can succeed where both Victor and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) failed by going not to Billy or Chance, but to Lily (Christel Khalil). Maybe she’ll agree to kill the Chancellor Communications story. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
