The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Sharon’s Adam Obsession Frightens Rey

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, August 26, 2020, reveal a frantic Sharon determined to find Adam. It feels like it’s back to square one for Rey as he watches her obsess over her ex when she’s supposed to be taking care of her own self.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) tries to remind Sharon (Sharon Case) that Adam (Mark Grossman) is a client and she’s not responsible for anything Adam does. However, she’s the one who hypnotized him into remembering most of what happened that fateful night when he was just 11 years old, so in Sharon’s mind he is absolutely her responsibility.

Sharon deduces that Adam must have gone back to the scene of the crime and she insists she has to be there for him. She calls Victor (Eric Braeden) and asks for use of the Newman plane. Even her doctor approves this because it’s a private plane and a short hop, skip, and a jump to this Kansas farm.

An Angry Chelsea

Rey gives in because he knows there’s no way to talk her out of going but he is not happy and wonders if she is slipping away once again. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) seems to fear the same thing. She also goes to Victor looking to find Adam and maybe use the plane but Victor informs her that he already let Sharon have the plane so she’s the odd woman out here. Chelsea is fuming but there’s not much she can do at this point.

Not-So-Sweet Memories

Over at the Kansas farm, a tablecloth helps bring all those memories flowing back into Adam’s head and he looks like he’s about to lose his mind when Sharon shows up. Is she just what he needs? Or will Chelsea somehow find a way to get there and fight for Adam and his sanity? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
