The Young and the Restless spoilers raw breakdown for Wednesday, October 31 reveals Phyllis taking the board by storm, Summer getting her feelings hurt, and the ladies facing another shocking obstacle.
The Contenders Face Off
The race for CEO kicks off with Phyllis, Jack, and Billy going head to head. Jack (Peter Bergman) has the experience, the passion, and the history, but will it be enough to beat out the other two?
Well, he’s working on getting a trick up his sleeve in the form of world-renowned chemist Kerry (Alice Hunter)!
Billy (Jason Thompson) lost his way once, and it’s a huge hit against his record. He started his tenure as a firecracker and ended up an embezzler.
However, his forward vision always wows the crowd and not a single campaign has failed yet. In a funny twist, he’s also courting Kerry.
Phyllis Drops A Bomb
Then there’s Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). Virtually no executive experience, definitely no CEO experience, and very little understanding of how things really work. Her one plus – she’ll be a fresh face and is all about empowering women.
Oh, and she’s in talks with Kerry too. But unlike the Abbott brothers, she actually lands the deal. Well, only if she becomes CEO.
Kyle Puts His Foot Down
Kyle (Michael Mealor) takes a break from the office drama to stir up some of his own. He tracks down Summer (Hunter King) to give her a piece of his mind.

Expect her to be blindsided by his stunning outburst. She thought he was in her corner but it turns out she has no friends at all.
In a stroke of luck, Lola (Sasha Calle) overhears everything and she’s ready to give Kyle another chance. The two are back on and even seal it with a kiss!
More JT Trouble!
Phyllis may regret putting so much time into winning. Even if she gets what she wants, she risks losing it all anyway. JT’s grave has to be dealt with and as the ringleader she needs to be there too.
Thankfully, Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) already begun taking control of the situation. She calls Arturo, makes plans for the statue to leave (even in pieces), and then he leaves the site for the night so the women can work.
Unfortunately, no amount of planning will do anyone any good. There’s a problem at the site, and she’s big-time mad!
Jill (Jess Walton) puts a halt to construction and demands everyone put their shovels down. That statue isn’t going anywhere. She’s putting halt to this mess and creating a whole other set of hurdles the ladies have to jump over.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) also causes problems for the women. The detective is becoming suspicious of Sharon’s recent disappearing acts and turns to Mariah for answers. Sharon’s charity claims don’t sit well with him and he wants answers.
