The Young and the Restless spoilers raw breakdown for Tuesday, December 8, 2020, promising Summer hearing alarms, Chelsea suffering a blow, and Theo standing his ground.
It is a dramatic day for Theo (Tyler Johnson) and the Abbotts. They and their lawyers are facing off over the lawsuit. The family makes Theo an offer they do not think he can refuse. Except, he does. He does not want a piece of the pie, he wants the whole thing.
Will a talk alone with Jack (Peter Bergman) change his mind? Probably not. Jack goes from Mr. Nice Guy to his old hardened self and Theo sees his true colors. Theo does not take threats lightly and he is not going to let Jack or anyone take him down.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam (Mark Grossman) have their tickets booked but they will not be getting on their plane. A call from Chelsea’s doctor changes everything. She is not well and they have to stick around, at least for now.
Hearing Chelsea is staying is music to Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) ears, until she hears the reason why. Her best friend is sick and things are not looking great.
Of course, Victoria (Amelia Heine) mocks her brother when she hears he is staying for now. She will eat her words one day. Not today, though. Adam is keeping Chelsea’s condition close to his heart.
It is Summer’s (Hunter King) first day at her new job and she makes the most of it. She and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) meet up for a pep session and it goes great. Well, until Sally (Courtney Hope) shows up. Sure, Sally is peppy and fun, but something about her rubs Summer the wrong way.
Getting under Summer’s skin is exactly what Sally intends to do. She purposely brings up her close proximity to Kyle (Michael Mealor). Summer’s jealousy flares and she realizes Sally could be some serious competition. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
