The Young and the Restless spoilers raw breakdown for Thursday, April 16, 2020, reveal the Newmans plotting revenge, Chance disappointing his girlfriend, Theo barking up the wrong tree, and Traci getting a much-deserved night to herself.
Over at the ranch, Victor (Eric Braeden) tries to be a picture-perfect husband but Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) knows better. She pushes him to come clean about the drama with Adam (Mark Grossman) but he refuses.
Spoilers reveal it will take Nick (Joshua Morrow) having a major meltdown before Victor unzips his lips and lays it all on the line for his wife. Sorry soap fans, this tale is for her ears and her ears only!
What Victor doesn’t realize is keeping the truth hidden from his kids is messing things up. The rest of them are plotting revenge and they mean business. Even Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is scheming for the greater good. It’s just too bad her plot to take Adam down gets derailed by one of Abby’s past schemes. Just wait until you see how this goes down!
It’s clear Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) is trying to heal from the affair but Mariah (Camryn Grimes) sets that back a few steps. She brings up dancing at The Matchbox, which leads to the mention of Linsey. Tessa says it’s fine, but is it? Probably not.
Teasers show Theo (Tyler Johnson) saves that scene when he interrupts their talk. He’s quite the annoyance but dealing with him is way easier than dealing with the past. Expect Theo to be as annoying as ever when he offers his social media services to the media darlings.
Over at the hotel, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) check into a room for a mini vacation. It will be a night of rest, relaxation, and even a bit of romance. Sharon’s surgery is coming up fast and she wants to relish every minute before going under the knife.
Traci (Beth Maitland) also checks into The Grand Phoenix. It’s her turn for some me-time and she is treating herself. Massage, room service, and a night of peace and quiet will help her recharge her batteries. It may also give her clarity about what will come next in her life.
