Billy Steps Up!
Over at the prison, Lily (Christel Khalil) is in for a surprise when Billy (Jason Thompson) shows up. Sadly, her delight turns into sorrow before too long.
Billy’s there to break terrible news and he will. It’s a tremendous burden for Billy to bear but he won’t let Cane (Daniel Goddard) off the hook.
To his credit, Cane tries everything he can to get to Lily. He wants to be the one to tell her about Victoria (Amelia Heinle).
However, it’s too little, too late. Worst of all, he learns he missed Billy by minutes!
