The Young and the Restless spoilers raw breakdown for Wednesday, June 10, 2020, takes fans back to the aftermath of Daniel and Cassie’s tragic accident. It’s May 13, 2005, Nick and Sharon steel themselves for the worst and Daniel considers going on the run.
At the hospital, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) have a reason for hope. Cassie’s (Camryn Grimes) condition is looking up and they have every reason to be optimistic. Well, until things go off the rails. Cassie dreams about the accident, remembers being the driver, and sneaks out of the hospital to tell Daniel.
Speaking of Daniel (Michael Graziadei), he’s suffering overwhelming guilt over Cassie and fears going to prison for years and years. He decides his best bet is to pack his bags and go on the run. Poor Lily (Christel Khalil) will beg him to stay but his mind is made up. Or is it? She thinks she has a solution that will keep him in town but out of trouble, at least for now.
At the same time, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) also fears the worst. Daniel is spiraling, the Newmans are kicking them out of the tack house, and they seem to be the biggest enemies in town. Oh, and to make things worse, Red’s only real friend, Damon (Keith Hamilton Cobb), is leaving too. He’s moving with Adrienne in the hopes of fixing his marriage.
In the midst of the drama, a love story unfolds. Michael (Christian Le Blanc) wants to whisk Lauren (Tracey Bregman) away for a night of romance. However, Lauren isn’t sure he’s being real with her. She wants more, does he? Well, yes he does! He makes it a night to remember by pulling out all the stops.
Also heating up the romance is JT (Thad Luckinbill). Mac spends her morning wallowing in self-pity, even after a pep talk from Kay (Jeanne Cooper). That boy loves you, she says. And, she’s right. Grandma definitely knows best.
JT tricks Mac into coming back to the apartment where he’s set up an elaborate party to win her over. Sure, they have their issues but he’s sure their love will conquer all. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
