It’s a week of celebrations in Genoa City a Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) throws a huge baby shower for Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and fun will be had by all.
Fun will also be had at a bittersweet get-together for Sharon (Sharon Case) with Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), her daughters, and Nick (Joshua Morrow) as she prepares for surgery and tries to do it with an upbeat attitude. But Sharon also has a huge request.
You’ll also find romance for Amanda (Mishael Morgan) and Nate (Sean Dominic), as well as Theo (Tyler Johnson), getting exactly what he deserves from Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Jack (Peter Bergman) now that Kyle and Summer (Hunter King) expose his cheating secret. YR made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.
