The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, February 17, 2020, reveal a day of suspicions and discoveries in Genoa City.
Phyllis is in her element, holding what she knows over the head of someone who doesn’t know that she knows it, while Devon continues listening to Alexander Hamilton and following the money. You won’t want to miss a moment of this high-stakes episode.
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) paid off a waitress to bug Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chance’s (Danny Boaz) table in Vegas. How did she find her? How did she pay her? How did she know exactly where Adam and Chance were meeting their source, and what table they’d be sitting at? Does it matter?
The point is, Phyllis overheard Chance and Adam discussing how Adam killed a guy to protect Chance and how they lied to the guy’s wife and told her that her husband was in witness protection but now she’s asking questions.
Adam paid her off to make the problem go away and he’s determined this will be the last time the issue comes up.
Armed with this knowledge, Phyllis asks Adam a series of leading questions that unsettle him… but leave him uncertain of how much she knows… and whether Phyllis is a problem Adam now needs to make go away, too.

Devon (Bryton James) promised Elena (Brytni Sarpy) that he would stop obsessing over Amanda (Mishael Morgan) and the role she may have played in helping Colin (Tristan Rogers) and Cane (Daniel Goddard) make off with his money.
He has done neither of those things. Devon still suspects Amanda, he still suspects Cane, and he continues to investigate on his own. A tip sends Devon down a rabbit hole, and he just might not like what he finds at the end of it.
