The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, January 27, 2021, continue with Summer’s plan to bury Sally by adding Phyllis to the already unevenly matched fight, while Mariah gets a request that’s unexpected to her – but not the audience.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Summer (Hunter King) grew up having absolutely everything. She’s Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) daughter, but Jack (Peter Bergman), at one point, thought he was her father, so she’s basically treated as the heir apparent by both the Newmans and the Abbots – and now she’s engaged to marry one. Again.
Every job she’s had she worked hard for… by either asking someone she knew to give it to her or simply by being handed it without so much as a request.
Sally (Courtney Hope) grew up with nothing. She’s had to work for everything and has been shoved down the ladder over and over again – many times due to her own fault, no doubt.
Nonetheless, the fight between her and Summer is so uneven as to make David and Goliath look balanced. But that’s not enough for Summer. She’s pulling in Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), as well, to make certain Sally can never get back up again. And to make sure any positive thoughts Jack may have held for this interloper are thoroughly obliterated by the time Summer is done.
Rental Agreement
Abby (Melissa Ordway) was open to hiring a professional surrogate to carry her child for a hot minute before she realized she was planning to be an overbearing mother-to-be, and wouldn’t it be better to inflict all that on a friend, rather than a stranger.
At the same time, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) has been picking Tessa’s (Cait Fairbanks) brain about the possibility of children, and pregnancy. We’re sure the two stories are not going to cross in any way, and Abby and Chance will do the sensible thing and hire a professional, someone who has done this sort of thing before and has no trouble giving up a baby at the end of the pregnancy.
