The Young and the Restless Spoilers: A New Man For Summer!

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, May 9 tease a handsome new face could turn Summer’s life upside down!

Summer (Hunter King) is still holding out hope for Kyle (Micheal Mealor). Maybe he’ll come around and realize he loves HER and not Lola, after all.

But, she has to blow out that torch at some point, right? Well, if (ahem, when) she does there may just be a hunk right there waiting in the wings. Oh, and this one will be all about Summer!

So, where is he from and what does he do? This new man who enters her life is named Theo (Tyler Johnson) and he is one of the influencers Jabot is bringing on board.

In fact, Theo is the whole reason for Kyle and Summer’s trip to New York. It will be quite the twist when Summer’s attention turns from trying to steal back Kyle to setting eyes on Theo.

The best part is it looks like Theo’s the one to make the first move. He’s so taken with Summer, he not only jumps at the Jabot deal but onto a plane heading for Genoa City. When it’s right it’s right, right?

Keep your eye on this up and coming storyline. This could be just what Summer needs to turn her life (and character) around.

A hot and heavy romance with an available and lovable guy would certainly breathe new life into her man-eating ways.

Where does this leave Kyle, though? Sure, he is with Lola now but will he feel a tinge of regret when (er, if) Summer moves on?

It will not feel so good being on the other end. Kyle has a history of wanting what he can’t have so who knows, maybe once Summer becomes unavailable he will regret leaving her.

It would be quite the twist for Summer to be chased instead of doing the chasing! Of course, then, where would that leave Lola?
