The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, November 8, 2019, reveal an episode that could change everything you thought about Theo. It seems he may not be a scammer after all. (Or, does he believe his own lies so much he’s completely delusional?)
The Young and the Restless Spoiler Highlights
The Theo drama has everyone spinning. There are sides of Dina (Marla Adams) her family never knew and they can’t help but think there may be more to come. If she was hiding giving up a child, what else did she leave in the past?
Of course, at the center of it all is the newest member of the family — Theo (Tyler Johnson). Whether it was all true or another DNA scam, he has everyone talking. Some are more than happy to bring him into the fold but others are furious he exists at all. Kyle (Michael Mealor) definitely does not want him around.
A Heavenly Visitor
It should come as no surprise Theo turns to a familiar face for comfort. He summons his father for a heart to heart in the hopes of gaining clarity. However, this will not be the meet-up you expect. If you recall, Theo’s dad died years and years ago.

Mr. Eric Vanderway (Jon Briddell) will make his Genoa City debut in a celestial way. He will be there in spirit instead of physical form to talk things out with this son and make sure his life stays on the right track.
Theo has many questions for his pops. Did he know he was adopted? Did he ever want to meet Dina? Was he happy growing up?
The answer is yes to all three. But, Eric makes it clear his parents were the people who so lovingly raised him and he wanted for nothing. He had a good life and wants his son to have a good life, too.
