The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a brutal reality check coming Summer’s way. Kyle is about to make a loving grand gesture but it will not be towards his wife.
Summer (Hunter King) is treated to a day of excitement and mystery when she catches her hubby hiding a gift. Oh, the thrill! She knew Kyle (Michael Mealor) loved her and this proves it!
Well, Summer isn’t one to wait and snoops the first chance she gets. She’s unbelievably thrilled when she opens the box and sees a stunning heart necklace practically made for her.
It is one of the sweetest gestures she can imagine and she can not wait to have it around her neck.
So, it’s off the Society they go for a grand opening evening Summer is sure to never forget. Her husband will wine and dine her then shower her in pretty little diamonds — at least in her mind. Unfortunately, that is not the way it actually plays out.
That necklace is not for Summer at all. Kyle bought it with a different woman in mind. He wanted something special for Lola (Sasha Calle) to commemorate her opening night.
It’s no secret Lola is hard to shop for but this present will hit it out of the park! (Who can ever forget PurseGate?)
The simple, elegant, and not too expensive necklace will sweep her off her feet and shows her she really is something special in Kyle’s life. So much so, she will make sure Summer catches a glimpse.

Will Summer fight back and seek revenge against both her husband and his girlfriend? Summer and Kyle took their vows and, regardless of what anyone thinks of their marriage, they are still very much married.
