The Young and the Restless spoilers or Monday, March 2, 2020, reveal the cops finally do their job for once and not only hunt down the right man but get him under arrest too! Cuffs or no cuffs, Ripley’s not done causing trouble just yet.
It seems all the good drama happens off-screen on YR these days. This time, it’s the arrest of the town’s only current villain that’s hidden from viewers. Ripley (Christian Keyes) is said to be collared and waiting at the station, but we don’t see any of this. Heck, we don’t even get to see him sweating it out during questioning.
What you will get to see is Amanda’s (Mishael Morgan) reaction to the news. This is a great thing for the legal eagle. No more officers standing outside her door. No more friends, frenemies, and enemies under threat. And, hopefully, no more nightmares.
She’s one tough cookie but Ripley got to her and those scars cut deep. Their volatile relationship, the stalking, and now this attempted murder plot have Amanda spinning. Spoilers show Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) will assure her it’s all over now, but is it?

There are a few harsh realities Amanda has to face. What if Ripley gets bail? Even if he doesn’t get out now, he’ll walk around a free man at some point, right? They can’t keep him behind bars forever. Will he get over her and let her be or will he hunt her down the second he gets out of prison?
Amanda has to put herself and her safety first and that could mean leaving Genoa City. A new life with a new look and a new name could do the trick. Of course, she’d still have to live looking over her shoulder and waiting for the moment her cover is blown.
The coming weeks will be life-changing for the lawyer. She’ll have to decide her next move, what she wants out of life, and help to make sure Ripley stays behind bars for a long, long time. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
