The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, June 23, 2020, continue the Emmy winning streak with Eric Braeden’s victory (though he wasn’t able to attend the ceremony in person).

In this episode from March 19, 1997, Victor decides he’s going to be a new man… for Adam’s sake. At the same time, his son, Nick, is about to get a new daughter, while Malcolm lends Dru a shoulder to cry on.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

For decades, all Victor cared about was money, power, success, beating the Abbotts, and being right. But his stint playing farmhand for homespun and blind Hope (Signey Coleman) changed Victor’s priorities. Suddenly, he realized he loved the smell of manure and the sounds of crickets.

He also loved Hope. He especially loved that when Hope bore him a son, she agreed to name his Victor Newman Jr. instead of like that selfish Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), who named her son after herself instead of his father. (The daughter she named after him doesn’t count.)

So now Victor knows which family means more to him. He’s committed to Hope, and to Victor Adam Newman. He’s sure this little chip of the old block will never cause Victor any grief!

Days Of Daughter’s Past

Grace was such a good friend to Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) that, when she mistakenly believed their newborn son, Noah, had died, Grace decided to make Sharon happy by tracking down the little girl Sharon had given up for adoption years earlier.

Her search led Grace to Cassie (Camryn Grimes), who’d been abandoned by her adoptive mother, Alice, and was now living with her grandmother, Millie. Guess who is about to get a whole new family, little orphan Cassidy?

Triangle Trouble

Dru (Victoria Rowell) is married to Neil (Kristoff St. John). She is, however, hanging out with Malcolm. Possibly too much…The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
