The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, November 29, 2019, reveal a day of family and holiday cheer in Genoa City.
Celebrate Thanksgiving with the Newmans and to put shopping on hold. Victor and Nikki host a family party, while Sharon feeds the homeless at Crimson Lights.
Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) invite children, in-laws, grandchildren, and significant others over to the ranch for a holiday celebration. No way that can go wrong.
Nikki wants to hear what everyone is thankful for. We can assume Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is grateful for a healthy Billy (Jason Thompson). Even as his therapist just told him he’ll keep self-sabotaging until he figures out why he feels he doesn’t deserve happiness.
And Nick (Joshua Morrow) is probably thankful that he got to keep Christian. But for how long? Sure, Adam (Mark Grossman) has his hands full now with Connor (Judah Mackey) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan).
But he’ll get bored sooner or later, the same way Victor always does when one child disappoints him in some way, and he goes looking for a more worthy heir. He’ll remember Christian exists then.
Nikki is probably grateful that Victor isn’t dead. The way he pretended to be. But since that ruse only hurt Nate (Sean Christian), and Summer (Hunter King), eh, who cares?
Sharon (Sharon Case) keeps up her own tradition of opening Crimson Lights to the homeless for a festive meal. This is the time of the year when she remembers there are people who have less than she does, adopts a random family, then forgets they exist by Christmas.
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) is impressed by her generosity. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) help out. Everyone feels good about themselves. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
