The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, January 15, 2021, reveal Nick and Summer Newman choosing to embrace their less than admirable impulses for revenge. Will either come to regret it?
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
On most days, Nick (Joshua Morrow) wallows in his perception of himself as the most moral, decent, and rational Newman. But now Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has been mean to his girlfriend. Plus, his mom, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) won’t confirm that his sister is the worst for acting just like their dad.
So forget morality, decency, and rationality. Nick is out for some payback. And that means encouraging Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) to play dirty and hit back at Victoria in any way she feels like it.
Sure, that puts Nick in the acting just like Victor (Eric Braeden) camp. But, they don’t understand, he’s doing this all for his family. If Victor can whip that out as a handy get out of jail card for all occasions, why can’t Nick?
New Horizons
Summer (Hunter King) feels like her personal and her professional life is under attack from Sally (Courtney Hope). Sure, Sally doesn’t have Summer’s job or Summer’s man. But she might want them someday. And it’s up to Summer to keep that from happening. By any means necessary.
Summer goes to Los Angeles to meet with Bill (Don Diamont) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) Spencer. She wants to hear all the dirt on Sally, so she can bring it back to Genoa City and destroy the uppity redhead.
Sure, Summer got a second chance with her mom after she slept with Billy (Jason Thompson). And she got a second chance with Kyle (Michael Mealor) after blackmailing him into marriage. And a third one after she ran out on their next wedding.
But Summer deserved those second chances. She’s a good person. Sally isn’t. So she doesn’t. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
