The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Faith to Nick – Something Is Wrong With Mom

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, January 13, 2020, reveal Sharon going through another grueling day of painful tests — and it’s definitely taking its toll. She’s emotional, raw, and distracted and it shows. At least, it will to Faith. The teen notices something is way, way off about her mother.

The Young and the Restless Spoiler Highlights

Sharon’s (Sharon Case) doing her best to keep a smile while suffering though tests, panic, and worry. The lump in her breast and the consequences are all she can think about and it’s tearing her apart.

It’s also destroying what precious time she has with Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind). The teen is only home for a few more days and Sharon’s just not herself at all.

Mama Drama

In fact, she’s so off, Faith takes notice. It becomes increasingly clear that Sharon’s different when Faith tries to get her mom’s attention only to be snapped at rudely.

It’s not like Sharon to raise her voice and it’s definitely not like Sharon to get snippy with her children.

To her credit, Sharon can’t apologize enough and Faith seems to let it go. However, she makes a beeline for her dad’s house and tells Nick (Joshua Morrow) she’s worried about her mom.

Something is off and Faith just hopes this isn’t like all those times before. Faith has experiences Sharon going downhill one too many times to not be wary. Remember, Sharon is bipolar and Faith fears she can end up in the hospital again.

Nick Hears Alarm Bells

Nick takes Faith out for the day for some fun and shopping and promises to keep an eye on things. However, they both get a shock when they get back to Sharon’s and notice just how badly she’s struggling.

She tries to keep her emotions in check but she can hardly look them in the eye. She excuses herself for a midday nap, which seems strange.

Will Nick be the person Sharon finally tells? She needs someone to lean on in her time of need. She’s one tough cookie but dealing with a cancer scare alone isn’t something anyone should do.

She’ll need someone there to be by her side if she gets the news every woman fears. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
