The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlight
News of Victor’s (Eric Braeden) attempts to salvage his deal with Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) reach Victoria (Amelia Heinle), and the seriously ticked-off businesswoman heads to the Newman Ranch to confront her father.
The two square off over the acquisition of Cyaxares, the favoritism Victor shows Adam (Mark Grossman), and, of course, Billy (Jason Thompson). Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) happens upon the scene and attempts to broker peace, but her efforts fail spectacularly.
Sometime later, Ashland arrives for a previously scheduled meeting with Victor – but the men’s discussion proceeds no more smoothly than the one between Victor and Victoria. In fact, it grows so contentious that Ashland beings to suffer from heart palpitations! Will Genoa City’s newest power player survive?
A Dangerous Game
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) finds himself at a crossroads. He’s no longer sure that Adam is the one who poisoned him, but he also finds it hard to believe that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) was the one who poisoned him.
Desperate for the truth, and in serious want of luring Adam out of hiding, Rey proposes an audacious scheme to Chelsea. In his scenario, Chelsea summons Connor, and they plant a false story about the boy being deathly ill.
In Rey’s perfect world, the ruse will smoke Adam out, and by working with Chelsea in such close quarters, he should be able to deduce whether or not she’s actually faking her paralysis. But you know what they say about best-laid plans…
Odds and Ends
In other Genoa City news, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) adjusts to her new normal, Sharon fights for her marriage, Lola (Sasha Calle) plays matchmaker, and Devon (Bryton James) and Lily (Christel Khalil) share a difference of opinion.
Meanwhile, Sally (Courtney Hope) works overtime to win over Jack (Peter Bergman), Kyle (Michael Mealor) decides to make a clean breast of it, and Summer (Hunter King) sets the record straight with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner).
Finally, Elena (Brytni Sarpy) receives a painful reality check, and Billy gets the upper hand. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
