The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Welcome To the Clan

Jack (Peter Bergman) and Traci (Beth Maitland) share Abbott holiday traditions with Theo (Tyler Johnson) and recall holidays with their late parents. They give him a copy of the Abbott family history Traci wrote, and tell him it’s his story now too.

Even though he isn’t, you know, an Abbott, and his dad was born before Dina (Marla Adams) became one. They invite Theo to spend Christmas day with them.

Do these two know that they’re coming off as a bit needy? We realize Traci tragically lost her only child. But why is Jack acting like he wants to sign Theo’s adoption papers? Today!

Kyle and Lola: First Night

Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Lola (Sasha Calle) engage in wacky, our first Christmas as man and wife hijinks, which includes pine needs and sap. There’s also a surprise. And sex. And talking about the future.

It’s like these two don’t know they’re on a soap. (For sure, Kyle likely doesn’t know Theo is spending Christmas with Jack and Traci right now, or else he’d be a lot more pouty.)

First, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) advised Summer (Hunter King) on what to look for in a man. Because, you know, Phyllis has so much success in that area.

Now, for Summer’s birthday. (Remember when she was born in an elevator? And assumed to be Jack’s daughter? In 2006? She’s a very mature 13-year-old. Now that’s Faith, who will be coming home soon.)
