The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, November 15, 2019, reveal an upsetting day for Nick. Chelsea’s mistakes are about to cost him his entire future.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) was finally getting excited about dipping his toe in the political ring and it’s already falling apart. Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) scams, schemes, and friends in low places are front-page news and there’s no denying how bad it looks for Nick.
Nick’s career isn’t the only thing hurting. Chelsea and Nick’s romance is in shambles too. The high and mighty Newman hates liars and can’t stand anyone around him having secrets.
He can’t control what he doesn’t know about and he needs to be in control every second of every day to be happy. It’s understandable considering his history. Every woman he ever loved has hurt him (and he’s hurt them too). The poor guy has the worst luck!
Chelsea will say she’s sorry. Heck, she may even mean it, but it will not change anything. What’s done is done and her greed is destroying everything. She’s just lucky no one died. If Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Chance (Donny Boaz) didn’t act just then, she may be planning a funeral instead of trying to cover her tracks.
Nick has left women for much less but there’s something about Chelsea that has him holding on much too tight. Is it because he knows if he releases his grip she’ll run right back to Adam (Mark Grossman)?
Would he really stay with her out of jealousy? Yes. Yes, he would. The only thing Nick hates worse than liars is his brother.
