The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, August 27, 2020, move the action from Genoa City to Kansas (yes, the entire state; it’s how people keep referring to it), as Chelsea joins Adam, Sharon, and Rey already onsite. Meanwhile, Lily calls Billy a lazy bum (but in a classy, polite way), and Victor decides to throw some threats Nick’s way.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights
Adam (Mark Grossman) ran away to Kansas, where he proceeded to sit under a table and have flashbacks. Sharon (Sharon Case) guessed that’s where he went and asked Victor (Eric Braeden) to borrow the Newman jet so she can track down her patient. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) first made Sharon check in with her doctor about the trip, then volunteered to go with her.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) also found out that Adam is in Kansas (Victor told her), and asked Victor for the jet. Nope, he said, Sharon called it first, and Victor operates by the rules of the playground. So Chelsea was forced to fly commercial (the horror). Now she arrives in Kansas… and bursts in on a very delicate moment between her fiancé… and his ex-wife.

Shape Up
Lily (Christel Khalil) was just telling Traci (Beth Maitland) how she’s getting the hang of working with Billy (Jason Thompson), but that was before their clashes on work ethic. Now Lily feels compelled to tell Billy how she expects matters to go.
Victor: Loyalty Lines
Victor thinks Victoria (Amelia Heinle) is being disloyal by selling off pieces of Newman Enterprises. He isn’t happy that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) won’t spy on their daughter for him. Now it’s his turn to let Nick (Joshua Morrow) know what’s expected of a Newman son and heir. Who wants to bet this won’t end in laughter like Nick’s confrontation with Kyle (Michael Mealor)?
